Pamela has a certificate in marketing. She has been a part of ARI since before the rebranding when the entity operated as Redcliff Castables in 2007.

Kumbirai is an accounting degree holder. She has been part of the organization since 2019 and is also responsible for enforcing internal controls in addition to following the company procedures in finance.
